Automotive ADAS Calibration Technician Apprentice

About the role

Protech Automotive Solutions is seeking motivated individuals to join our mobile calibration team as ADAS Calibration Technician Apprentices. In this paid apprenticeship you will receive mentorship and hands‑on training to perform Advanced Driver Assistance System calibrations across multiple vehicle manufacturers, following OEM specifications and repair standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians in performing ADAS calibrations on customer vehicles.
• Follow OEM guidelines and repair standards to ensure accurate system alignment.
• Document calibration procedures and results in the company’s tracking system.
• Participate in virtual support sessions and continuing education on new vehicle technologies.
• Progress toward independent calibration work by the seventh month of the program.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance coverage.
• Ability to pass background, MVR and other pre‑employment screenings.
• Physical capability to lift objects over 50 lb and perform frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching.
• Strong comprehension of written and verbal instructions.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of ADAS calibration processes.
• Familiarity with I‑CAR certification standards.
• Awareness of ASEA certification requirements.
