About the role

Zurich North America is seeking a Claims Specialist I to join its Auto Direct Markets Claims Team. You will interpret, investigate and evaluate auto policies and coverage issues while handling claims from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

Manage auto liability property‑damage and Direct Market/Garagekeepers losses, including dealership inventory and vendor‑related claims.
Own each claim through investigation, liability determination, damage evaluation and resolution, building strong partnerships with customers and brokers.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of claims/insurance experience, or equivalent education and experience as listed.
Must obtain and maintain required adjuster license(s) and have Microsoft Office proficiency.
Knowledge of insurance regulations, auto insurance policies, coverage and state regulations.
