About the role

Infosys is seeking an Atlassian Administrator with expertise in Forge to join its Financial Services unit in Raleigh, NC. The role supports digital transformation initiatives for banking, wealth management and insurance clients, leveraging AI, cloud and data-driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements and contribute to solution design.
• Design, develop, and integrate new features into Atlassian tools using Forge, ensuring system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain repositories, and implement test strategies.
• Create user training materials, documentation and support frameworks for smooth adoption.
• Resolve production issues, perform root‑cause analysis and recommend preventive measures.

Required profile

• Experience in software development and administration of Atlassian products.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and communicate technical decisions.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
