A&T Technician II – 1st Shift (Buffalo, NY)

About the role

Moog’s Military Aircraft Group is seeking an A&T Technician II for a first‑shift, onsite position in the Buffalo, NY area. Reporting to the Process Manager, you will work on assembly, soldering, and testing of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electro‑mechanical components.

Key responsibilities

• Perform assembly operations on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electro‑mechanical valves, actuators, and systems using various measuring instruments and tools.
• Execute high‑reliability soldering and crimping on complex wire assemblies.
• Interpret drawings, worksheets, and parts lists to build and repair units.
• Conduct diagnostic rework on units that fail test requirements.
• Repair production‑run units and work on hydraulic stands for assembly functions.
• Carry out defined testing procedures to verify performance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED preferred; ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Minimum three years of related technical experience.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations.
• Enrollment in the company’s FAA Drug & Alcohol Program as required by FAA safety‑sensitive regulations.
