Associate/Manager IT Business Partner

About the role

Ocean Spray is seeking an Associate/Manager IT Business Partner to act as the primary liaison between IT and the business. The role ensures that technology initiatives align with strategic objectives and supports both enterprise and domain‑specific applications.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, document and translate business requirements into user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize and manage intake of requests, assessing impact, urgency and strategic fit.
• Coordinate projects with solution design, data analytics, enterprise applications, technical leads, vendors and business SMEs.
• Support finance application lifecycle activities including issue coordination, enhancements, release readiness and user communication.
• Monitor vendor performance, licensing and contracts, escalating concerns as needed.
• Facilitate testing, change readiness, training, implementation and post‑launch stabilization.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cross‑functional technology projects, business analysis or application support.
• Proven ability to gather and organize business requirements and connect them to technology solutions.
• Familiarity with agile delivery practices and project management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of facilitating sessions with business partners.
• Experience coordinating work across internal teams and third‑party vendors.
