Associate Talent Acquisition (Contractor)

About the role

This 12‑month contractor position is based in St. Louis, Missouri and can be performed onsite, remotely, or in a hybrid fashion. As an Associate Talent Acquisition you will partner with hiring managers to execute recruitment strategies and provide exceptional service to both managers and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute tactical sourcing and recruiting strategies to generate candidate flow and meet hiring targets.
• Participate in strategy planning meetings, screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, coordinate interview schedules, and manage the offer process.
• Source candidates through databases, job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Provide regular communication and updates to hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive experience.
• Utilize data to inform recruiting strategies and build talent pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with OFCCP and EEOC regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year of recruiting/sourcing experience, or High School diploma with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience conducting assessments, interviews, or sourcing candidates is preferred.
• Ability to perform business or competitive intelligence research is a plus.
