Associate Sales Representative – Hybrid (Boca Raton)

About the role

The Associate Sales Representative is an entry‑level position focused on generating new revenue through lead acquisition, cold‑calling, and social media outreach. Working within LexisNexis Risk Solutions’ Inside Sales team, you will develop a pipeline of prospects and prepare for future Account Management or New Business roles.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new prospects to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Close new sales and consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
• Engage with leads supplied by the Marketing Lead Generation team via calls and outreach.
• Complete internal education programs, including e‑learning, SNAP training, and job shadowing.
• Articulate the value of LexisNexis Risk Management products, pricing, and competitive advantages to customers.

Required profile

• Professional sales experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and forecasting abilities.
• Excellent networking capabilities and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals.

What we offer

• Base salary range: $36,700 – $61,300 per year.
• Comprehensive benefits package and total target cash compensation up to $94,500.
