Associate Sales Representative (Hybrid - Boca Raton)

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Sales Representative to join our Inside Sales team in Boca Raton. This entry‑level, hybrid position focuses on generating new business through lead qualification, cold‑calling and social media outreach, while preparing the incumbent for future Account Management or New Business roles.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new prospects to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Close new sales and consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
• Engage leads provided by the Marketing Lead Generation team through calls and outreach.
• Complete an internal education program that includes e‑learning, SNAP training and job shadowing.
• Articulate the value, pricing and competitive positioning of LexisNexis Risk Management products.
• Communicate product benefits clearly and promptly to customers.
• Collaborate with a mentor and manager to devise strategies for new business opportunities and account management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a professional sales environment is desirable.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and forecasting abilities.
• Excellent networking capabilities and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively within a team to achieve shared goals.

What we offer

• Base salary range of $36,700 – $61,300 per year.
• Total target cash compensation ranging from $56,500 – $94,500 per year.
• Hybrid work arrangement combining office and remote work.
