Associate Sales Representative - Acute Care (Southeast)

About the role

Stryker is hiring an Associate Sales Representative for its Acute Care business in the Southeast region, based in Atlanta. The role is field-based and supports the sales team by promoting Stryker's Acute Care products and solutions to healthcare providers, helping with product demonstrations, customer relationships and training. It is presented as a way to gain experience and advance into a more senior sales role.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Stryker Medical products to doctors, nurses and other staff, and build customer relationships with excellent customer service.
• Educate healthcare professionals on proper use and maintenance, product functionality, updates, portfolio changes and educational programs.
• Solve problems through a consultative approach and respond quickly to customers.
• Assist with post-sale implementation and training so customers adopt the products.
• Drive equipment usage agreement compliance with customers.
• Meet targeted annual budgeted objectives within the assigned geography.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 0+ years of professional experience.
• A valid driver's license in the state of residence and a good driving record.
• Preferred: a sales and marketing internship.

Required skills

• Excellent time management, account management, report handling and customer service skills (preferred).
• Ability to lift, set up and demonstrate equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, and to perform prolonged periods of stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing and crawling.
• Hand coordination and cognitive abilities such as visual and auditory discrimination, memory, reading and retention.
