Associate Program Manager – Strategic Projects

About the role

The Associate Program Manager leads strategic projects across the Monroe region, applying project, change, and process‑improvement expertise. The role also designs communication strategies and delivers training to organizational leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Develop and manage communication plans for stakeholders and program managers.
• Provide instruction and coaching on strategic program management and process‑improvement methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, finance, public health, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in project/change management or process improvement (or 3 years with a Master’s degree).
• Preferred certifications: CAPM, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, or Master Change Agent.
• Ability to travel between facilities and work independently.
