Associate Product Manager

About the role

Saronic Technologies is seeking an enthusiastic Associate Product Manager to help shape and deliver autonomous maritime solutions. Reporting to a senior product leader, you will own a defined product area and work closely with engineering, production, and mission operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation of a product strategy aligned with Saronic’s vision and both defense and commercial needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and mission operations to drive product development, including hands‑on activities on ships and production lines.
• Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps for specific initiatives or components.
• Generate clear content and presentations for internal and external stakeholders to explain product functionality and design rationale.
• Build and maintain internal tools, documentation, and resources that enable the product function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Strong judgement and ability to differentiate good products from bad ones.
• Diplomatic disposition with a knack for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Mature written and verbal communication skills, comfortable creating presentations and memos.
• Detail‑oriented mindset for projects of any size.
• Interest in product management; prior experience is a plus but not required.
