Associate Facility Engineer – HVAC

About the role

As an Associate Facility Engineer – HVAC you will join Bosch’s Roseville campus and support the design, installation, and maintenance of critical facility systems. You will work closely with vendors, engineering teams, and operations to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient plant infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate vendor start‑up and installation of new equipment at the Roseville site.
• Participate in design reviews, providing comments to meet operational and safety requirements.
• Prepare layouts, drawings, and bills of material for maintenance, upgrades, and capital projects.
• Modify existing mechanical and electrical equipment to improve efficiency, reliability, and capacity.
• Troubleshoot HVAC and other facility system issues and develop corrective action proposals.
• Create and maintain SOPs, specifications, and installation packages for equipment moves or demolitions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and secure required permits.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives using metrics and reporting tools.
• Train mechanics on facility systems to enhance 24/7 response capability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 0‑3 years of relevant experience in facility or industrial engineering.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and interpret technical documentation.

• HVAC systems knowledge.
