Associate Engagement Manager – Professional Services

About the role

Infosys is looking for an Associate Engagement Manager to lead client relationships within the Professional Services sector. Based in Tampa, FL, you will manage a portfolio worth $10‑30M, working closely with senior partners to grow the account and ensure delivery excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client relationship management and business development for a single or part of a large account.
• Drive the opportunity management cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate with delivery partners to guarantee fulfillment of client commitments.
• Address people or infrastructure issues affecting project delivery.
• Balance multiple projects across different delivery managers and resources.
• Introduce go‑to‑market solutions and work with the Solutions Leader to create customized solution pitches.
• Develop and govern the account plan, including pricing decisions within the Master Services Agreement.
• Support pre‑sales proposals and contribute to future alliances with product vendors.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client relationship management and account growth.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of $10‑30M and coordinate cross‑functional delivery teams.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
