Associate Director Translational Medicine

About the role

The Associate Director, Translational Operations leads the design and execution of translational and biomarker strategies across Beeline Medicines’ clinical development portfolio, translating non‑clinical findings into actionable clinical programs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement program‑specific translational and biomarker plans, including protocol, SAP, SOW, and lab manual development.
• Select appropriate assays and vendors, manage outsourcing of assay development and validation, and oversee CRO interactions.
• Coordinate clinical biomarker data delivery, analysis, and timelines across internal functions and CROs.
• Prepare and deliver internal and external translational/biomarker presentations and support publications.

Required profile

• PhD in Biology or related field with 7+ years of translational medicine experience in immuno‑inflammatory diseases.
• Proven expertise in designing pharmacology, pharmacodynamic, mechanistic, and biomarker strategies for preclinical and clinical programs.
• Experience managing CRO relationships, project timelines, and cross‑functional teams.
