Associate Director of Sales – US Private Sector (Remote)

About the role

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Associate Director of Sales will shape product vision, strategy, and investments while driving revenue through new business. This senior, remote position focuses on expanding Crystal Intelligence’s customer base in the private sector, especially financial institutions, crypto exchanges, and other non‑government organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sales planning, forecasting, pipeline management and reporting for the assigned territory/verticals.
• Execute full‑cycle sales of Crystal software and services, both independently and with a small team.
• Own sales targets, achieve revenue goals, and collaborate with sales partners.
• Partner with internal analytics, legal, technology, and external stakeholders to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Manage all sales‑related systems and tools, using Salesforce (SFDC) as the central hub.
• Provide leadership with insights on pipeline, forecasts, retention and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to improve MQL generation and post‑sales experience.
• Represent the company at industry events and public meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of proven full‑cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in IT/technical field is a plus.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of and experience with blockchain and cryptocurrencies.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and thrive in an unstructured, entrepreneurial environment.
