Associate Director, Data & Analytics

About the role

Bloom Ads is seeking a highly motivated Associate Director to lead and expand its Marketing Analytics offering. You will guide a growing team, develop advanced statistical models, and help clients optimize their marketing spend across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a diverse team of analysts.
• Create and elevate analytics methodology, building a replicable statistical framework for multiple clients.
• Develop, train, and production‑alize new models for media optimization and client business impact.
• Collaborate with clients, account, and media teams to define challenges, propose solutions, and execute plans.
• Oversee modeling outputs, ensure automated and efficient data processes.
• Build marketing mix models, diminishing‑returns analyses, and campaign test designs.
• Spearhead new analytical initiatives that deliver actionable insights.
• Report to the VP of Advanced Analytics with dotted‑line responsibility to client verticals.

Required profile

• Proven experience at a marketing agency or advertising consulting firm leading analytics engagements.
• Hands‑on expertise in dashboard development, in‑market testing, campaign measurement, ROI analysis, customer journey analytics, CRM, digital analytics, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and familiarity with marketing platform data and terminology.
• Ability to build effective relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and third‑party vendors.
