Associate Degree Apprenticeship – F&I Operations (Jan 2027)

About the role

Zurich North America is launching a two‑year Associate Degree Apprenticeship in F&I Operations starting January 2027. Apprentices will work remotely supporting the Claims Shared Services Team while completing a tuition‑free associate degree.

Key responsibilities

• Engage internal partners and external customers via phone and other channels to ensure timely communication.
• Process billing for Enterprise Rental Car reservations using the ARMS system.
• Prepare and send cancellation letters for Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) coverage.
• Sort and route incoming GAP mail, update claim files, and monitor the Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) Outstanding Report.
• Assist with various administrative duties to keep team operations running smoothly.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; no prior professional experience required.
• Enrollment and validation as college‑ready by Harper Community College.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to balance work and school commitments and work well in a team.

Required skills

• Intermediate computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with the ARMS billing system (preferred).
