About the role
Atlanta Technical College is seeking a Full‑Time Associate Dean to lead its Cyber and Related Technologies programs. Reporting to the Dean of Business and Public Service Technologies, the role will shape curriculum, support faculty, and drive student success across multiple cyber‑focused associate degree tracks.
Key responsibilities
- Teach and facilitate learning using diverse delivery modes and pedagogical approaches.
- Orient, observe, and train new and existing instructors.
- Determine staffing needs, manage recruitment, evaluation, and ongoing support for faculty and academic staff.
- Provide student registration, attendance, advisement, and career‑counseling support.
- Coordinate assessment and evaluation of student learning outcomes and program effectiveness.
- Maintain and develop partnerships with community organizations, industry, and educational institutions.
- Ensure consistent application of college and state academic policies across campuses.
Required profile
- Highly qualified academic professional with experience in cyber‑related education.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with faculty, deans, and executive leadership.
- Strong commitment to student achievement and continuous program improvement.
