Join Nestlé’s Solon culinary team as an Associate Culinary Innovation, where you will be the operational backbone that ensures seamless execution of tastings, events, and day‑to‑day kitchen activities. The role blends hospitality mindset with strong coordination skills to support chefs, guests, and cross‑functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and execute culinary team product tastings and special events.
• Plan and deliver flawless NDC visits involving the culinary team.
• Coordinate work calendars and support chefs in all activities.
• Procure raw materials, equipment, and ingredients needed by chefs.
• Influence event logistics from concept through clean‑up.
• Manage shopping, supply, and equipment needs.
• Administer the PCard for the culinary team.
• Coordinate international shipping of culinary prototypes.
