Associate Client Partner - Retail

About the role

Infosys is looking for an Associate Client Partner to lead client interactions for its Retail vertical in Sunnyvale, CA. The role focuses on managing relationships, driving business development, and ensuring delivery excellence for accounts with a P&L of up to $30 million.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client relationship management and build a portfolio of $10‑30 M.
• Drive the full opportunity cycle: prospect, evaluate, propose, and close.
• Collaborate with delivery partners to guarantee fulfillment of client commitments.
• Develop and maintain account plans, including relationship mapping, opportunity tracking, and pricing decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education.
• 7+ years of sales, relationship management, or account management experience.
• Proven business development and project management track record.
• Experience in Consumer/Retail/CPG or QSR industries, preferably food.
• Demonstrated ability to engage CXO‑level contacts and lead proposal presentations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
