Associate Account Director, Paid Media

About the role

Gupta Media is seeking an Associate Account Director to lead paid media initiatives for a diverse set of clients. Based in Boston, you will shape strategy, execution, and measurement of digital advertising campaigns while mentoring a growing media team.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, launch, and optimize ROI‑focused paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, Snap, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics and client teams to deliver integrated media solutions.
• Own client relationships, present performance insights, and drive business growth.
• Manage and develop media staff, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Participate in new‑business pitches and maintain strong partnerships with platform representatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of agency experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to paid social.
• Proven track record of building and scaling large paid media accounts.
• Strong analytical mindset, using data to inform strategy and improvements.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
