Assistant Store Manager – Retail Leadership

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join the team at its Levi's® Outlet in Camarillo, CA. In this full‑time position you will support the Store Manager in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations, ensuring efficiency, visual standards, and safety compliance.
• Implement sales strategies, analyze performance data and act to grow revenue.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members, fostering a positive and inclusive culture.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, merchandising and loss‑prevention activities.
• Step in as acting Store Manager during absences, overseeing all aspects of the business.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of retail leadership experience with a proven track record of coaching and training staff.
• Strong judgment, discretion and professional demeanor.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform physical tasks such as kneeling, reaching and climbing ladders.
• Collaborative mindset aligned with Levi’s values of originality, empathy and courage.
