Assistant Store Manager – Cross County, Yonkers

About the role

Assistant Store Manager is an integral part of the store management team, developing the team and ensuring operational excellence, brand equity, customer satisfaction and financial growth. The role assumes responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager or Associate Store Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Implement sales strategies and analyze data to drive revenue growth.
• Coach, mentor and motivate team members, providing guidance and leading by example.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and uphold high standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of retail leadership experience with proven coaching and training abilities.
• Demonstrates discretion, professional judgment, tact and diplomacy.
• Collaborative role model aligned with company culture and policies.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb and perform frequent moving, kneeling, reaching and climbing.
