Assistant Retail Store Manager

About the role

Partner with the store manager to oversee daily operations of an AT&T retail store, ensuring customers receive best‑in‑class service, entertainment, and technology experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with merchandising, product launches, and meeting sales objectives.
• Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals.
• Conduct outreach and promotional activities, including off‑site events.

Required profile

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience with strong planning, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and champion change.
