Assistant Maintenance Supervisor – Beach Street Landing

About the role

The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor supports the daily upkeep of buildings, grounds, and common areas at Beach Street Landing. This position ensures that all physical aspects of the property meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, and final quality checks.
• Track and retrieve tools, equipment, and supplies from the maintenance department, report inventory needs, and return unused items.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly to ensure proper tracking.
• Assist with grounds and amenity upkeep such as trash removal, pressure‑washing, general cleaning, and painting of curbs and signage.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts and using materials efficiently.
