Assistant Community Manager – Marq at The Pinehills

About the role

Greystar is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager at Marq at The Pinehills. This position will handle day‑to‑day financial operations, ensure accurate bookkeeping, and help maintain a smooth resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and post rent, fees, and other resident payments; prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile accounts.
• Process invoices, manage payables, and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Operate Greystar’s property management software (Yardi/OneSite), entering data accurately and performing system backups.
• Review resident files for unpaid or late fees, communicate balances, and enforce lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Assist with resident move‑out procedures, including lease term reviews, deposit handling, and applicable fees.
• Support eviction processes by following notice requirements and representing the community in court hearings when needed.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple financial transactions.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with residents, vendors, and internal teams.
• Organized, reliable, and capable of working independently while supporting the Community Manager.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
• Proficiency with OneSite property management software.
