About the role
The Assistant Community Manager supports the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the Greenwich Place community. This full‑time position focuses on accurate accounting, timely rent collection, and comprehensive financial reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and post rent, fees, and other payments daily.
- Prepare daily bank deposits, reconcile bank accounts, and manage cash dispositions.
- Process invoices, payables, and ensure timely payments.
- Prepare monthly close‑out financial reports and other periodic statements.
- Maintain accurate records in the property management software, tracking all financial transactions.
- Assist the Community Manager with operational tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record‑keeping.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment.
- Basic understanding of property management operations.

- Proficiency with property management software.
