Assistant Community Manager for Luxury Townhome Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the day‑to‑day operations of Lions Gate North, a premium townhome‑style apartment community near downtown Redmond and Marymoor Park. This role works closely with the Community Manager to ensure smooth financial and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager with financial oversight, including bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
• Prepare monthly close‑out reports and other financial statements.
• Process invoices, collect rent, fees, and other resident payments.
• Handle bank deposits, account reconciliations, and related dispositions.
• Support resident services and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of community expenses and budgets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in property or community management, preferably in residential settings.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and provide excellent customer service.
• Comfortable handling financial transactions and reporting.
