About the role
The Assistant Community Manager supports the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the Broadstone SoBro community. This position handles day‑to‑day accounting tasks, prepares financial reports, and ensures accurate rent collection and invoice processing.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and post rent, fees, and other payments.
- Prepare daily bank deposits and perform bank reconciliations.
- Process invoices for payment and maintain vendor records.
- Assist in monthly close‑out procedures and generate financial reports.
- Maintain accurate records in the property management software.
- Support the Community Manager with budgeting and expense tracking.
- Work a Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating weekend duties as needed.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills for interacting with residents and vendors.
- Basic understanding of property management operations.
