Assistant Community Manager - Broadstone Energy Park

About the role

The Assistant Community Manager supports the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of Broadstone Energy Park. This full‑time position is based in Houston and focuses on day‑to‑day accounting, rent collection, and reporting for the community.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and post rent, fees, and other payments daily.
• Prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile bank accounts.
• Process invoices, payables, and generate financial reports.
• Maintain accurate account records and perform month‑end close‑out activities.
• Utilize property management software to record, track, and report all financial transactions.
• Assist the Community Manager with operational tasks and financial documentation.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented individual able to handle multiple financial transactions.
• Supportive team player who assists the Community Manager in daily operations.
• Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software.
• Experience in rent collection and invoice processing.
• Ability to prepare financial reports and perform account reconciliations.
