Assistant Community Manager – Arcadia 1850

About the role

The Assistant Community Manager will support the Community Manager in the day‑to‑day financial and operational management of the Arcadia 1850 garden‑style community in Buford, GA. This full‑time position involves handling accounting, rent collection, and reporting for a 230‑unit property during its lease‑up stage.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and post rent, fees, and other resident payments.
• Prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile bank accounts.
• Process invoices and assist with monthly close‑out and financial reporting.
• Perform account reconciliations and dispositions.
• Use property management software to record, track, and report all financial transactions.
• Support the Community Manager with operational tasks and rotating weekend coverage as required.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple daily transactions and meet deadlines.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekend coverage.
• Interest in residential property management and lease‑up environments.
