Assistant Brand Manager – Pet Care

About the role

Join Nestlé Purina, a leader in pet care, and help shape the marketing strategy for a beloved brand. As an Assistant Brand Manager you will support the development and activation of brand initiatives, working closely with cross‑functional teams to bring new products and communications to market.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in creating marketing plans and drive new product launches and programs.
• Lead cross‑functional and agency teams in developing and executing consumer communications across print, digital and other channels.
• Design and execute multi‑audience eCRM campaigns.
• Analyze partnerships and programs to improve efficiency and recommend enhancements.
• Prepare presentations that influence key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to inform brand decisions.
• Assist in budget management and analytical assessments such as share, sales, and P&L performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in brand marketing, sales or marketing strategy.
• 2+ years translating syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI, PowerBI) into actionable insights.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Nielsen data.
• Experience using IRI data.
• PowerBI for data visualization and analysis.
• eCRM campaign development.
• Market research techniques.
