Area Supervisor for Pool Cleaning Routes

About the role

Aqua Blue Pools is looking for an Area Supervisor to lead its Luxury Pool Maintenance Team in the Charleston-Metro Area. This role ensures high‑quality service, team development, and excellent customer experiences across pool cleaning routes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of pool maintenance technicians, providing ongoing training and quality control inspections.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and route planning using the AquaFleet App to optimize service delivery.
• Address customer concerns promptly, maintain clear communication, and handle urgent service needs or emergencies.

Required profile

• Minimum age 23 with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience, preferably overseeing 5‑8 team members.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills with a customer‑centric mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the AquaFleet App for inventory and inspections.
• Ability to conduct hands‑on training and enforce company standards.
