Area Manager III – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

As an Area Manager III at Anheuser‑Busch, you will lead a front‑line team in a high‑speed manufacturing environment, ensuring safety, quality, and performance standards are met. You will own the performance of your equipment center, drive continuous improvement, and support the company’s mission to create a future with more cheers.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise operators on rotating shifts and own equipment center performance.
• Establish, monitor, and improve critical control points for safety, quality, and performance.
• Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards and ensure preventative maintenance execution.
• Utilize continuous‑improvement tools (5 Whys, PDCA/SDCA, root‑cause analysis) to meet KPI targets.
• Apply data collection, analysis, and visualization (Excel, VBA, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau) to drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate labor and equipment to meet production schedules while maintaining quality.
• Monitor area financial performance and key cost drivers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, or a technical environment.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities to support and influence front‑line teams.
• Demonstrated leadership through coaching, team development, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Highly self‑motivated with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
