Area Manager – Brewery & Manufacturing Operations (University Full‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Area Manager to lead front‑line teams in one of our brewery or manufacturing facilities. The role is designed for current university students or recent graduates and offers a fast‑paced, 24/7 production environment where you will troubleshoot, solve problems on the fly and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead front‑line operational teams, ensuring safety, quality and production targets are met.
• Identify and implement performance improvements using data analysis and lean manufacturing methods.
• Coach, train and discipline employees, handling tough conversations and fostering an inclusive culture.
• Collaborate with maintenance to diagnose and repair equipment such as pumps, motors and heat exchangers.

Required profile

• Current university student or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree and GPA ≥ 2.8.
• Background in Engineering or Science preferred.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays and overtime in a 24/7 environment.
• Ability to walk elevated catwalks, stand for long periods and work in extreme temperatures.
