Architectural Associate – Residential Team

About the role

We are an architectural firm dedicated to fostering talent in a collaborative, creative environment. We are looking for an Architectural Associate with 2–5 years of experience to join our Residential Team in Naples, Florida, working onsite on high‑end residential projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed drawings for schematic design, design development, and construction documents, including sketches, renderings, BIM models, details, sections, elevations, and schedules.
• Contribute to design presentations and attend client meetings as needed.
• Compile data, perform design calculations, and support the production of amendments, addenda, and bulletins.
• Conduct site analysis, surveys, and field measurements.
• Coordinate with team members and consultants, and assist with construction administration documentation under supervision.
• Participate in design reviews, charrettes, and pin‑ups, ensuring work meets firm standards.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Architecture, Design, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience across all project phases.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, motivated to learn, and capable of solving complex problems.
• Collaborative, team‑oriented work ethic.

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in CAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Lumion.
