About the role

BHDP is seeking an Architect III to serve as a technical leader who translates design intent into buildable, well‑coordinated deliverables. The role focuses on disciplined coordination, clear documentation, and mentorship to ensure high‑quality project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects, maintaining consistent quality, coordination, and milestone readiness while preserving design intent and code strategy.
• Drive issues to verified closure through active QA/QC and cross‑discipline coordination.
• Break projects into clear work assignments, monitor progress, and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Coach team members through actionable redlines, feedback, and brief check‑ins to improve cycle time and independence.
• Identify complex coordination, constructability, and code issues early, develop creative options, and document key decisions.
• Collaborate with project teams and consultants to reconcile design intent with constructable deliverables, communicating status and roadblocks clearly.
• Provide peer‑review input, track review comments, and ensure closure before issuance.
• Maintain a rolling look‑ahead across projects, prioritize effectively, and keep deliverables milestone‑ready.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Architecture degree.
