A/R Dispute Processor

About the role

The Accounts Receivable (A/R) Dispute Processor supports daily customer payment and receivables activities, ensuring timely collections, accurate cash application, and strong financial controls for Bosch’s automotive business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer payment management, develop collection strategies, and monitor Days Sales Outstanding to meet cash‑flow objectives.
• Oversee invoice management, cash application, and reconciliation across EDI, customer portals, and banking platforms.
• Act as primary escalation point for high‑priority accounts, resolve disputed invoices, deductions, and short payments.
• Coordinate monthly cash forecasting, produce collection forecasts and performance metrics for senior leadership.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives, root‑cause analysis, and digital transformation using SAP, EDI and automation tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain or related field.
• Proven experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Cash Application or Order‑to‑Cash processes.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data and recommend actionable improvements.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑influence capabilities.

Required skills

• SAP ERP (Accounts Receivable, FSCM, Credit Management, Billing, Cash Application, O2C).
• EDI transaction handling (820, 810, 850, 855, 856, 860) and customer portal management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data analysis).
