About the role

Anthropic is seeking an Applied AI Architect to serve as a trusted technical advisor for large enterprises. In this pre‑sales position you will help customers understand the value of Claude, design integration strategies, and guide successful deployments while upholding the company’s safety and reliability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with account executives to translate customer requirements into technical solutions aligned with business goals.
• Act as the primary technical advisor throughout the Claude adoption journey, coordinating across sales, product, and engineering teams.
• Support customers using both the Claude API and Claude for Work, creating tailored technical content for engineers and executives.
• Guide architecture decisions, integrate Claude into existing technology stacks, and develop evaluation frameworks.
• Identify common integration patterns and feed insights back to product and engineering.
• Travel occasionally for workshops, deep‑dives, and relationship building.

Required profile

• 5+ years in technical customer‑facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
• Proven experience working with enterprise customers and navigating complex buying cycles.
• Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including C‑suite executives and engineering teams.
