Application System Analyst II – Cadence

About the role

The Application System Analyst II acts as a bridge between end‑users, operational leaders, support teams and vendors to design, build and optimise assigned applications. Working closely with the Service Desk, the analyst provides application support, analyses business requirements and contributes to medium‑ to high‑complexity project implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse, develop, test, document, educate, implement, support and maintain assigned applications and related business processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional project teams, propose practical solutions and provide project oversight.
• Utilise application training resources and guide newer team members in their use.
• Identify opportunities to enhance user usability, efficiency and experience.
• Produce clear status reports for stakeholders and maintain relationships with end‑user leadership.
• Perform process and requirement analysis, including mapping, gap analysis and recommendation delivery.
• Communicate complex design or configuration issues to users and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in team environments and across project borders.
• Solid understanding of healthcare operations and related systems.
• Experience in analysing business workflows and translating them into technical solutions.
