About the role

Infosys is seeking an API Test Consultant to join its Financial Services unit in Charlotte, NC. You will work on cutting‑edge AI‑driven solutions for banking, wealth management and insurance clients, ensuring high‑quality API integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and workshops to capture user needs and document stakeholder requirements.
• Participate in design discussions, capture software specifications and create process documentation.
• Develop, refine and document code for new applications following detailed design specifications.
• Execute test plans, analyze outcomes, report defects and support software performance enhancements.
• Assist with integration of new features and ensure smooth transitions within existing systems.
• Monitor live applications, troubleshoot issues promptly and maintain comprehensive documentation for ongoing maintenance.
