Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the service team at Bexley Central Park in Grand Prairie, TX. You will coordinate upkeep, inventory, and repairs of the property’s grounds and buildings while providing hands‑on technical support.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structural issues, and appliances.
• Schedule and supervise in‑house and vendor work, ensuring compliance with policies and quality standards.
• Share on‑call rotation with team members and respond to emergency requests.
• Maintain inventory, manage work orders, and support high occupancy through professional maintenance practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of trade‑related experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of all aspects of building maintenance.
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification (Type I and II or Universal) required.
• Proficient in business software for work‑order management, scheduling, and communication.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and personal tools.
• Willingness to share on‑call duties and pass DMV/background checks.
