About the role

InfraRed Capital Partners is seeking an experienced Analyst to support its infrastructure and energy investment funds. Based in Miami, the role involves working across multiple funds with a focus on the Americas and occasional travel to other offices and project sites.

Key responsibilities

• Support origination and execution of investment opportunities, including financial modelling, structuring and documentation.
• Manage due‑diligence work‑streams and coordinate technical, legal and financial advisors.
• Prepare investment committee presentations and conduct competitor and market analysis.
• Analyze the investment portfolio to identify savings, refinancing and value‑enhancement opportunities.
• Assist portfolio and asset management teams with quarterly and semi‑annual valuations and fund forecast updates.

Required profile

• 1.5–3 years of infrastructure or energy experience in investment banking, project finance, development or related fields.
• Degree‑level education with a strong academic record.
• Analytical rigor, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong commitment to learning and ability to work both autonomously and in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in financial modelling.
• Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools for analysis.

What we offer

• Base salary $120,000–$130,000 per year.
