Amazon Content & AI Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Amazon Content & AI Specialist to own product listing content for a boutique e‑commerce consultancy serving CPG brands. The role is part‑time, fully remote, and focuses on prompt engineering, copy optimization, and rigorous quality assurance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI‑assisted content creation by refining prompts in Claude and ChatGPT and critically evaluating outputs.
• Create and optimize Amazon listing titles, bullet points, descriptions, and A+ Content using on‑page SEO best practices.
• Develop image and short‑form video briefs, guiding AI/creative tools to produce accurate product visuals.
• Perform keyword research, listing audits, and iterative tests to improve conversion and search rank.
• Maintain catalog hygiene—including variations, attributes, and back‑end keywords—and resolve listing issues.
• Conduct meticulous QA for copy, imagery, and data to prevent inaccuracies or AI hallucinations.
• Track performance metrics, report insights, document SOPs, and keep a content calendar.

Required profile

• 4+ years of Amazon/e‑commerce marketplace content and listing optimization (Seller or Vendor Central).
• Advanced prompt‑engineering proficiency with Claude and ChatGPT.
• Exceptional written and spoken English with strong editing and proofreading skills.
• Hands‑on experience creating A+ Content and managing catalog attributes/variations.
• Ability to work independently in a part‑time, largely asynchronous environment with Eastern Time overlap.
