Alcohol Compliance Representative

About the role

Legends Global is hiring an Alcohol Compliance Representative for the Toyota Music Factory in Irving. Working under the direction of management, the representative ensures responsible service of alcohol throughout the building in line with state and company policies, assists staff with alcohol-related issues, observes and documents them, helps with alcohol cut-off and monitors employees' adherence to the Legends Alcohol Policy.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the serving of alcohol by game day staff and ensure staff follows the alcohol service policy
• Observe and document all alcohol-related issues or violations
• Assist with alcohol cut-off and perform other duties assigned by management
• Complete inventory at assigned locations
• Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor, and provide personal service to guests
• Keep the work area clean, neat and safe, and work as a team with other service departments
• Work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays
• Follow all safety policies, complete company-wide and job-specific safety training, and meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcohol service

Required profile

• Experience in a fast-paced environment; some alcohol compliance experience preferred
• Proactive, self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Punctual, dependable and able to adapt quickly to change
• Ability to walk long distances, stand for long periods, and lift up to 30 pounds
• High school education or better (preferred)
