Airport Operations Crew – International Position

About the role

The Airport Operations Crew delivers award‑winning customer service at the airport, handling check‑in, luggage, flight reservations and boarding assistance. Crew members work across gate, ticket counter and aircraft cabin areas, ensuring a safe and smooth travel experience for passengers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct check‑in, verify identification and process reservations using airport computer systems.
• Tag, lift and handle luggage, and operate jet bridges, airstairs and other boarding equipment.
• Make public address announcements for arrivals, departures and pre‑boarding information.
• Assist passengers with special needs, coordinate boarding and deplaning, and perform light cabin cleaning.
• Collaborate with coworkers and other departments to maintain safe operations and handle ad‑hoc requests.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED; at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service, volunteer or sales experience.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Valid visa to work in the United States and ability to obtain a SIDA badge.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including holidays, weekends and occasional overnight travel.

Required skills

• Proficient use of computers, mouse, keyboard, basic word processing, email and office applications.
• Operation of handheld radios and microphones for terminal communication.
• Use of public address systems for passenger announcements.
• Handling of airport equipment such as jet bridges, airstairs and other boarding devices.
