Senior Supply Chain Excellence Manager

About the role

Integer is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Excellence Manager to lead inventory management projects with notable risk and complexity, and to develop and implement the strategy for execution. The role covers global inventory management and control, including reporting, scorecards, KPI analysis and alignment with SIOP, and requires close partnership with financial teams and daily interaction with manufacturing sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead inventory management projects and implement the strategy for execution, including monthly and annual reporting, site and enterprise scorecards and KPI analysis, and identification of risks and opportunities by site and SKU.
• Align inventory projections with company goals and communicate complex supply chain ideas to senior leadership.
• Implement the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) strategy and govern data, bill of materials, routings and master data in the inventory management system.
• Teach best practices to site-level teams, develop standard work and standard revenue attainment/pacing processes, and build site-level subject matter experts.
• Coordinate with sites on performance indicators and resource needs, contribute to standard procedures, and train others on the SOP process.
• Lead supply chain continuous improvement initiatives and influence cross-functional partners and change.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of supply chain experience in manufacturing environments, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Desired bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a similar technical discipline; 8+ years of applicable experience will also be considered.
• APICS certification or coursework in Lean Manufacturing Systems (or related) desirable.
• First-hand experience with large data sets and inventory strategy, and proven success influencing cross-functionally and managing change.

Required skills

• Experience implementing PFEP processes.
• Strong knowledge of data mining and advanced Excel data analysis.
• Strong technical aptitude with inventory management systems and strong ERP/systems experience.
• Strong oral and written communication and advanced computer and presentation skills.
