About the role

Infosys Financial Services is seeking an AI/ML Developer to join its digital transformation team in Plano, TX. The role focuses on building AI-driven solutions for banking, wealth management and insurance clients, leveraging cutting‑edge technologies to improve decision‑making and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Document and refine business requirements as part of the elicitation process.
• Participate in software design discussions and capture design decisions for the development team.
• Develop, test and integrate new features while ensuring system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain code repositories and apply changes to the codebase.
• Define and execute test strategies, analyse results and coordinate bug fixes.
• Create user training materials, documentation and support frameworks for new applications.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive measures to improve reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques and support activities.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirements to delivery.
