About the role

Join Infosys Financial Services as an AI/ML Developer, working on cutting‑edge artificial intelligence solutions for banking, wealth management and insurance clients. You will collaborate with industry experts to design, build and maintain AI‑driven applications that enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct targeted interviews and workshops to capture user needs and document stakeholder requirements.
• Participate in design discussions, capture software specifications and create process documentation.
• Develop, refine and document code for new applications following detailed design specifications.
• Execute test plans, analyse results, report defects and support software performance improvements.
• Assist with integration of new features, ensuring smooth transitions within existing infrastructure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot live applications, providing prompt issue resolution and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
• Document coding practices, testing methodologies and technical solutions to enrich the team’s knowledge base.
