AI Solutions Analyst

About the role

Campana & Schott Inc. is seeking an AI Solutions Analyst to join its fast‑moving New York team. You will build backend services and AI‑powered applications while supporting consulting engagements for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services, scripts, and automations using Python and related frameworks.
• Design and implement AI solutions, including large‑language‑model integrations, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
• Work across the technology stack – APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and front‑end interfaces.
• Write tests, maintain documentation, and ensure production reliability.
• Translate business problems into technical solutions and communicate trade‑offs.
• Participate in client‑facing engagements, providing research, analysis, and deliverables.
• Explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work in a consulting environment and deliver high‑quality technical solutions.
• Enthusiasm for innovation and fast‑paced project delivery.
